    Morning, Ladies!

    The week started great on this side of the world with 515 calories burned. I'm actually more thrilled that I managed to increase my speed on the treadmill for hal of the workout. :D

    Today is my rest day so I might just go for a long walk.

    Do any of you take rest days?

    I take rest days when I feel that I need them. I exercise pretty much every day, but I usually take it easy once a week and only do stretching/yoga/pilates and maybe slow walking/bicycling.

    I missed my goal by 71 last week (burned 2921 out of 3000). This week I'm going to bring it down to 2,500, since I'm back in school and have built in rest days with my work and school schedule being crazy. I take off Monday since I'm at work from 7:30am-5:00pm and then class from 5:30pm-11pm, and Wednesdays is the same, except I get finished with class at 9pm. So I give myself those days. Sometimes I'm able to fit in a workout at work (I work at a PT office), but if I have a lot of patients, it's not feasible.

    2,500 for this week - let's do it!

    Renovation were not on the plans for this month but with the weather finally turning nice and it's still to wet to work at our friends house we switched our plans. But between everything that has to get done at home, work and looking after my granddaughter, I don't get to go to the gym. Burning lots of calories just not one's that count in this challenge. Yesterday was 567 burned (l don't count housework that's just to help with my mistakes on my food calories) only 239 count so I'm on track with my new goal of 1200 a week. So I'm pleased with what I'm doing, just not going to come close to 10, 000 calories that count for the month.

    I didn't quite reach my goal last week - but was close. I really want to reach 3000 for this week. But life has a way of intervening. I am already a day behind and today isn't looking good either (all 3 of my kids are participating in the district track meet). I am hoping to get home in time to go for a power walk before it gets dark! At least that is my plan! :happy:

    I exceeded my goal of 2K. (2147) to be exact lol I am increasing my goal for this week to 2200.

    I burned 720 yesterday and 780 today, so 1500. I'm off on holiday this weekend, so will have 4 workout-less days!!! Will try to kill it Tuesday to try to reach 2500 or so for the week to make up for it.

    I'm aiming for 1800 (450ish per workout, 4 times this week) and will be increasing my goal again next week! I'm trying to gradually work my way up since I wasn't very active last month and I don't want to injure myself by jumping back into things too quickly. It's amazing how quickly you can get out of shape when you're not consistent :(

    1212 so far and pushing hard for 4000 this week.

    Erin, 159 is great. Consider it your rest day. ;)

    Tme2change, you're on the right path. Keep it up;) But if you're in pain, take a break and give your body the opportunity to recover. You'll be fine, I'm sure :)

    Good morning Ladies,

    Only 2200 so far. I'm a bit disapointed as I was aiming for 4000 this week and only have two more workouts to go. Better than nothing though :)
