I exceeded my goal of 2K. (2147) to be exact lol I am increasing my goal for this week to 2200.

I burned 720 yesterday and 780 today, so 1500. I'm off on holiday this weekend, so will have 4 workout-less days!!! Will try to kill it Tuesday to try to reach 2500 or so for the week to make up for it.

I'm aiming for 1800 (450ish per workout, 4 times this week) and will be increasing my goal again next week! I'm trying to gradually work my way up since I wasn't very active last month and I don't want to injure myself by jumping back into things too quickly. It's amazing how quickly you can get out of shape when you're not consistent

I did better than I thought last week so I'm UPPPPPin' my goal!!
Last week I did 1,952 calories burned - THIS WEEK i'm going for 2,000!!! Not sure I'll make it but I'm gonna try!!
