    Hello Peeps!

    I exceeded my goal of 2K. (2147) to be exact lol I am increasing my goal for this week to 2200.

    Great going everybody! Very motivating group.

    I burned 720 yesterday and 780 today, so 1500. I'm off on holiday this weekend, so will have 4 workout-less days!!! Will try to kill it Tuesday to try to reach 2500 or so for the week to make up for it.

    I'm aiming for 1800 (450ish per workout, 4 times this week) and will be increasing my goal again next week! I'm trying to gradually work my way up since I wasn't very active last month and I don't want to injure myself by jumping back into things too quickly. It's amazing how quickly you can get out of shape when you're not consistent :(

    1212 so far and pushing hard for 4000 this week.

    Erin, 159 is great. Consider it your rest day. ;)

    Tme2change, you're on the right path. Keep it up;) But if you're in pain, take a break and give your body the opportunity to recover. You'll be fine, I'm sure :)

    Only 2200 so far. I'm a bit disapointed as I was aiming for 4000 this week and only have two more workouts to go. Better than nothing though :)

    Up to 3668 as of today, have another 2000 in to go in the next 2 days to make my goal, its going to be tight and I am so sore from the Tough Mudder on Saturday!

    Mary, you're a star. I've read quite a bit about Tough mudders and I'm sure I will never do it. Electrical shocks!?! But how was it? Did you enjoy it? How many bruises do you have?;)

    I did better than I thought last week so I'm UPPPPPin' my goal!!

    Last week I did 1,952 calories burned - THIS WEEK i'm going for 2,000!!! Not sure I'll make it but I'm gonna try!!
    I've got 134 in already... ha!!

    Wellll I got a little big for my britches. I'm not sure I'm gonna meet my first goal of 1,200! Bad week... bad weekend... just wasn't good for the healthy side of me! :flowerforyou:
