Who else is using this site?

I ACTUALLY started it yesterday. I did the beginner, no equipment program. Not too bad. I planked for about 46.6 seconds, longest. About 20 mountain climbers for each round. Will do the work out again tonight.

    I downloaded the current routines. I think the site is great. Lots of routines. I haven't done one of their routines strictly though. So far I've been kind of making up my own routines. I'll probably mix a few of their routines in though. The only thing I couldn't find is a recommended schedule or a suggestion on when and how to do their routines.

    I am only able to do 3 or 4 chin-ups, and 2 or 3 pullups with my full weight (about 220 right now) so right now I'm weaning myself using the assistance bands that I bought with my studbar pullup bar. I started with all three bands, now I'm using 2 for my routines. I hope in another month or two I'll be down to 1 band. If I don't use the bands I'm not able to really do any volume at all.
