    My commitment for today is to brush off the missed opportunity that was yesterday and keep plowing ahead. Jogging with a friend tonight, we are signed up to do Run or Dye together at the end of summer... and time to start 30DS tonight! :)

    Today I did Day 8 on 30 DS level 1, 30 minutes pilates and 15 minutes killer buns and thighs. However, some of my relatives are coming over today and will be staying for the weekend so I'm dreading of those delicious meals that my parents will prepare. I just hope I don't give in and indulge :ohwell:

    *I have a 5k tomorrow that I am doing and with me being sick, I'm just going to try to relax and not worry about anything (because I'm nervous about the 5k and I'm just walking!)

    Commitment #3: Save enough calories to have 2 VERY cold beers after work:drinker:

    I completed my last day of Level 1 of 30 Day Shred this morning. I'm taking the day off from running (have now ran 6 days in a row!), so I'll pay extra attention to what I eat today so I don't go over my calories. I'm very excited for the weigh in on Sunday too!
  • I have been absent from posting for a couple of days, but have been making good, healthy choices.
    Skipped an exercise day yesterday, but already completed my 3.25 mile run this morning...
    Life feels busy right now.

    Going to hit the gym extra hard today when I get off of work to make up for missing yesterday. Going out to lunch today (Greek - yum!) and I vow to skip my all-time favorite appitizer, spinach pies!

    I am going to try the extra difficult class at the Y again tonight. I made it though last Friday class, so I am going to try it again. It is a cross training class that is way above my ability. I was proud of myself for doing it so I am going to do it again. Its pretty bad when people in the class and the instructor say, you did good, a lot of people usually leave early the first time they come. In my mind I am thinking they are saying "fat " people like you don't usually last in this class. So I am going to do it again!!
