Done! That was a tough one! Broke it up into 5 sets of 21. 2 sets plie and 3 sets regular0

Done, plus 20 because I thought there were 95 and I only did 90 yesterday.
Found that if you're just doing regular squats, no body weight - and this works for pile or sumo - if you don't come quite all the way up, the burn is KILLER. So that's how I'm feeling.0 -
Finished Day 10 and actually did 110!! Did about 70 of them with a 20 lb barbell.0

I'm SWOLL!!
Did my 105. Some holding 15lbs dumbells on my back.
I found an empty bar and practiced form with a barbell (not a real barbell, one of the super light ones they uses in classes).
Also did 30 45 degree push-ups. Need my arms to be big and strong too!!0 -
