My temp is running at 96.4...having all kinds of issues right now. Anyone else hit/run this low and what did you do to get out of it?

    Mine was only this low once, and I was so cold that my whole body hurt.

    I normally run around 97.4 or so now, and I'm still cold a lot even though I live in Phoenix, but it's not as bad. Maybe your meds need to be adjusted a bit?

    Did you do anything special to get your temp back up? Because mine is so low my body is kicking my adrenaline so now having night sweats, heart racing, and other problems. Losing sleep, which is only making things worse.

    Sounds like me. My whole life I've had a low body temperature. 96 & below. Please check out stopthethyroidmadness.com.... do a search on temperature. That's where I found answers.
    I had adrenal fatigue and low thyroid. Both had to be regulated to get my temperature up to normal. Its one of the body's natural tests for telling you your thyroid is still too low.
    Hope you can get your Dr to look into it.
