Your legs and butts will be screaming today!!!
Wall squats (wall sits) 1.Lean with your back against the wall and your feet about two feet away. 2.Your feet should be flat on the floor and about shoulder width apart 3.Bend your knees slightly and hold for 10 seconds. 4.Bend deeper and hold 10 seconds. 5.Continue until you've hit five different positions, the last position as low as you can go.
5-10 second wall sits = 1 large
1-30 second wall sit = extra large

I remember being in college and the wonderful lady I now call my second Mom started getting in shape...and these were one of her trainer's fave exercises. I tried them once...and haven't done them since. Should've, could've....but now...I will've.0

Used to have to do these when I injured my knee during a freak Sumo wrestling accident (what other kind are there?) as part of my physio. Is it alright to do with a stability ball between you and the wall? I use the ball when I teach because it helps you slide down the wall easier. I tried to cut a paste a picture but it won't let me- google if you want to see what I mean.0
