                    Hi all!  Here is Sunday's weigh in thread being posted Saturday cuz we all have extremely busy lives, and I am going fishing tonite.  The first part of my week started off bad, it was very hectic and I was real lax in the exercise department.  But since I made a commitment to you all, I pushed myself to kick butt these last 3 days and honor my promise to you to make my goal!!!  I thank you all for being great friends and helping me achieve my goals!   YOU ARE ALL GREAT AND WONDERFUL FRIENDS!!!!   Its due to your support that I force myself off this couch and get my butt going!!!  Thank you every one for being awesome friends!  Lets keep up the great work and focus on each other!!!!!!

            Hi guys!! Very proud of myself this week considering I was ill AND pulled a muscle in my neck, so didn't go to gym or swim (did stuff at home where if it hurts I'm already home!)

 I lost 1.5 lbs this week but I'm really happy because I'm getting more toned up and lost a few inches. I must say that 30 DS level 1 really worked for me as well as pilates. Tomorrow I'm starting level 2 so hopefully it will be better.

            For now I am not concentrating on my weight since I am doing a lot of strength training but my biggest achievement is that I can:
 Walk 2 miles with not losing breathe.
 Went down a dress size from 12 to 10
 Can do 30 knee push ups with no pain.
 Can do 45 sit ups from lying position to sitting position with 20 lb medicine ball.
 Once I get my 5% weight loss I will report it to everybody!!0

 I'm not really sure why there's an increase from last week - possibly 30 Day Shred is increasing muscle mass. In any case - I went through my closet this weekend and got rid of a few things that were TOO BIG, and was able to comfortably fit into a size 10 pants that I've never worn! So I know I'm making progress!0

 Dr appoint on 5/9 went well. Pleased with weight loss and offically on 5/9 had lost 7 lbs. My scale is only 0.4 lbs off from the doctor's to my relief!!! So, now showing 190.0 lbs on my scale which is 190.4 lbs on his and officially now 8 lbs lost!!0

            Wooohooo! finally lost some poundage! I am down 2lbs for a weigh in of 207. Only one article of clothing seems too big.......my bra. Guess thats where you lose first though, LOL!0

            Wow....once again, I have not taken my measurements, but did get on the scale. After ALL that moving, I only lost .6 lbs!! OMG!!!

 Great job to you all for achieving some significant weight-loss. Congrats!
 I've been struggling to stay on track but have lost net 2 pounds over the past 3 weeks of our challenge.
