    Oh my gosh! All week long (or most of it) I was down 2 pounds. 2 Pounds! I got up this morning and was down only one pound. Now I know I ate, but not over. Must have been the salt or something. Grrrr!

    1 pound loss from 185 to 184.

    I'm down .9 pounds this week. Last week 241.2 - this week 240.3. Hopefully we can round that up to a pound for Team Dante.

    I was hoping for more, but I'll take what I can get. I'm having a hard time after being sick for almost a month. I was so hungry once I started getting better. I am not so hungry now, and will be back on my regular gym schedule for the next two weeks, then I'm on vacation.
