    I only had a 0.6 loss this past week. And I was HORRIBLE yesterday. My scale was not my friend this morning! LOL! I'm glad I weighed in before I was bad yesterday! *snickers* I am re-doubling my effords this week to hopefully have a nice loss. Not sure how that's going to go, but we'll see!

    Lost the stupid 2 pounds I gained and plateau on for about 2 weeks. Yes back on track. I'm glad that everyone is still going strong and not quitting.

    Congrats to all the above folks for logging your wins! I am in a different boat that you.... :( I am totally off-track since the the past 4 weeks. I did so well during the New Years 2013 challenge. I am totally sucking it in this Spring into Summer 2013 challenge. I just want to get back on track by logging my WI today and tracking my progrress from this week onwards. I am hoping that I still be able to catch-up to my summer goal.

    Not a good week for me. Ended up in hospital for back problems, Thought I had a spinal infection, but it might just be further complications from my hysterectomy. Anyway, not feeling great. making worng choices food wise and now cannot execercise again.

    It's really encouraging to see how well everyone is doing. :) I'm kinda stalling out scale wise since I'm doing the 30 Day Shred. I'm lucky if I'm not gaining with all the water retention. I'm gonna keep trying hard to get a loss in there as well. :)

    Not sure how well tomorrow's gonna go. I had a great, like best week ever, but pigged out a little this weekend at graduation parties. I still did eat less than I usually would, though, so I'm hopeful! My only goal is that I'm less than 152 (didn't gain any weight).
