Formula for figuring %
1. starting weight - current weight
2. divide weight lost by starting weight
3. Mutliply by 100

I know that some of us weigh multiple times a week so your first weight that you post this week will be the one that I use for the weekly results.

    OK, good week this week!

    I weighed in this morning at 286.0. By my calculations, that puts me at 29.2 lbs lost, and a percentage score of 9.32.

    Not bad. I'm a happy camper :happy:

    I gained this week, which makes me less than a happy camper. haha.. but oh well. moving on!

    Today's weight was 332.4. Percentage 4.84%.. Not going to track food (but stay LC!) or weigh for the next week and see if that helps!
