Sorry I haven't been posting the individual days, but life got a little hectic. I'm keeping up, just not posting. How's everyone doing? I hope the ab exercises are getting easier. My legs are pretty sore from the squats.

    I'm still with ya!:) My legs are doing ok but my abs are pretty sore (in a good way I suppose) :) We're coming up on half way!

    I am kicking butt on the squats. I am having a hard time with some of the ab exercises, not doing them right so they may not be benefitting me. I just end up doing sit ups or my ab coaster. Have a super day!

    I agree! I'm having a really hard time with the V-ups and the Russian Twists so I'm just modifying them or doing a different exercise.:)
