I don't work out much, but for some reason when I do, it's something by Dillinger Escape Plan, or Overkill. DEP if I want something high energy, and Overkill if I want something anthemic.0

Anything by KMFDM.1

I like to listen to Faderhead. Tzdv and sexyback get me in my running groove!0
-
Anything by KMFDM.
Also, I just got a good workout in to "The Bleeding" - FFDP
anything by A7X gets my blood pumping
edit: I would LOVE to add "Just One fix" by Ministry, probably my favorite. CANNOT give less than 110% when that is on!0 -
The best album to listen to is Slipknot - Subliminal Verses. I don't know why, but it keeps me pumped up.0

I lost my old playlist when my laptop died, so I just made up a new one. Highlights include:
In Shreds--The Chameleons, UK
Haloes--Christian Death ("featuring" Rozz Williams)
Something Must Break--Joy DIvision
Under My Wheels--Alice Cooper
Once in a Lifetime--Wolfsheim
Lions--Tones on Tail
Howard Hughes--Rasputina
Killing an Arab--The Cure
Wasteland--The Mission, UK
Life's a *****--Threepenny Opera (Donmar Warehouse Recording)0 -
I always listen to pretty angry stuff when working out. But the one I've been listening to a lot lately is "2012" by The World Alive, god that song makes me want to punch someone in the face, hence awesome for my workouts.1

I vary my songs because I get bored really fast if I'm hearing the same song every time I work out.
So my music ranges from Pennywise to Rage Against the Machine to Cavalera Conspiracy to Iron Maiden.0 -
Mind In A Box - Revelations seems to be my perennial workout album. I should listen to more of his stuff.0
-
Ruin - Lamb of God! makes me wanna run for miles!!!!0

I agree that any DEP makes for a good workout, and same for Mindless Self Indulgence.2

Scum of the Earth by Rob Zombie is my all time fave work out song.0

Disturbed, FFP, Godsmack, Metal Church, Overkill, Slayer, Slipknot, Pantera... I love these when I am running or lifting..
I teach Zumba and I'm learning a routine to Bodies by Drowning Pool to teach to my class... Got to add something other than R&B and multicultural!! Gotta add a touch of me!0 -

This always gets me pumped. If youre in the DC/MD/VA area, you should see them live.0 -
I love running to Five Finger Death Punch. Funny thing, I don't usually listen to them outside of running. They just match my tempo and keeps me going.0

I enjoy running...and household chores whilst listening to Alkaline Trio!

That's a good one. Good beat to stay on track with. Not sure Why I never thought of them. Going to add them to my play list.0 -
More on the punk side, but I like the $winin' Utter$. Not too fast that I kill myself, but enough to get me going,0

When I'm working out on weight machines or doing calisthenics at home, my playlist includes Drowning Pool, FFDP, Prong, Rev Theory, Slipknot, Saliva, Celldweller, Rammstein and Blue Stahli.
My cardio playlist(s) are pretty much all over the place.0 -
The entire Digimortal album by Fear Factory. I could literally loop the opening song and just pound away on the pavement until the soles on my shoes are gone.

Newest songs I added to my hardcore lifting playlist:
"Beast Within" - In This Moment

"*kitten*" - In This Moment
"Blood" - In This Moment
I'm sensing a trend!0 -
Some good suggestions hereScum of the Earth by Rob Zombie is my all time fave work out song.
Yes! I don't normally listen to Zombie when working out as the tempo doesn't always fit, but this is an awesome choice!Municipal Waste - Sadistic Magician
When I go riding I normally have Hazardous Mutation, Art of Partying, Massive Aggresive and Fatal Feast on shuffle
When I'm running I prefer a bit of grindcore to motivate me, Insect Warfare, Wormrot or Napalm Death for example. When I'm lifing weights it's sometimes death metal, Deicide, Nile, Bloodbath, Severe Torture, Cannibal Corpse. If I'm riding it's thrash, Municipal Waste, Pantera, Slayer, Megadeth, Exodus, Testament, or it's black metal, 1349, Immortal, Gorgoroth, Marduk, Behemoth, Cirith Gorgor, Darkthrone etc.0 -
Went running to Hatebreed.....went a bit nuts \m/0

I find The Path to Totality is a great one for me to get up and going. Gojira's The Way of All Flesh is great for doing an angry run to :laugh:0
-
New Rose - The Damned... I rocked that on the elliptical today and it really pushed me!1
-
Slayer - Decade of Aggression disc 1 this morning!0
