Need some creative snack ideas

Protein seems to work the best at keeping the morning sickness away, but I'm having a hard time coming up with office-friendly snack ideas. Right now I'm eating string cheese, cottage cheese, and cheese sandwiches, but these are getting really old (plus it's sooo much cheese!). I would normally eat trail mix or granola bars, but sugar in any amount makes me sick, as do nuts and peanut butter. Help! Any ideas?

I've cut an apple into chunks. On top, I've put 1/4-1/2 cup of Greek yogurt with cinnamon and some granola. It usually fights off the morning sickness and hunger pangs for awhile.0

I read that some good snacks for the afternoon to keep energy up are: yogurt, oatmeal, trail mix, and hard boiled egg. I was kinda thrown aback on the oatmeal, but I've made it a snack in the afternoon a couple times a week. You could also try the Special K chips (sour cream & onion are my fav), any dried fruit, cut up veges, etc. I work in an office so I know how hard it can be to find office-friendly snacks.0

That sounds good! Might have to try that this week (minus the granola since sugar makes me sick :frown: )0 -

I've been eating hard boiled eggs for breakfast, and they really help. I tried skipping the egg yesterday and having toast with peanut butter instead, and I was sick all day. Maybe I'll have to pick up some oatmeal and dried fruit when I go to the store tonight and see if that works...0
