Me second and me too. 1 lb down as of 5/12, 9 lbs total. Slow and steady and working on some adjustments. Here we go!!! :bigsmile:0

I weighed myself 5/9 and I was down 3 lbs. total of 10 so far

5/12 I was at 225 lbs. Total of 45 lbs so far. 7 lbs lost since 5/1.0

I just now started and I'm trying to loose 60 pounds, I'm tired of being overweight maybe if I have the motivation of other people's success stories it will encourage me on my own journey!0

Hey everyone! I just re-started MFP almost two weeks ago, trying to lose just 10-15 pounds. I worked out for half a week and then first weighed myself on the 12th, I'm at 140 right now so.... I guess this upcoming Sunday will be my first real 'any progress?' weigh in!

It looks like a pretty amazing group here. I am just staring out! My first wegh in is 171lbs and my goal is 143. I am picking up running again and just started Turbo Fire. I think the accountability will be better if I have a weigh in every week. Why not Sundays. Thanks for all the inspiration.
