Well together we lost 2.8 pounds this week. A few of us had a bit of weight gain ---- happens to all of us from time to time. Just know that this can be due to hormones, change in weather/humidity, and events of the season. No Worries. Keep moving forward on your goal -- it will balance out and soon we all will be smaller…
