Hi all SUNDAY WAY-IN MEMBERS!

Thanks for joining in. Just from those who reported their most recent weightloss, together we lost about 14 pounds this past week!

We will officially begin this coming Sunday May 19th. All you need do is

1 -- Each week on Sunday, weigh yourself.
2 -- Post on this group what your weight loss is for the week --- any amount is good 1/2 or 1 or 2 or more pounds Sometimes there won't be any weight loss; but that's okay because we'll all help you get over the blues so you can keep up the good work!
3 -- On Monday mornings I'll tally up the pounds reported and let you know how much we all lost together!

Look for the Topic titled Sunday May 19 Weigh In to post your weight loss!

Look forward to seeing you all on Sunday! I'm more motivated already knowing I'll be accountable to you all.
