Clean Eating Cajun Jambalaya

This was so easy and so delicious. I've made it twice in a week. Basically, because I still had the ingredients that needed to be used up. DH liked it so much I knew he wouldn't mind me making it again. I did use the Uncle Ben's Natural brown rice. The dried one not the squishy bagged one. I never buy parboiled rice, but thought what the heck the ingredients said, "Brown rice."
I make my own Cajun seasoning, so had the no salt version already on hand. I normally use it to blacken fish. Worked great in this recipe.
