Day 30 - 250 Who's With Me?!?!?

So it is Mothers Day and for all of us Moms, and all of us celebrating, who wants to do squats? Unfortunately not me... I am so full from a huge breakfast, tired from cleaning house and cooking all day, and I still need to host a big dinner tonight for family.

But, I am convincing myself to get off the couch once this post is done and whip out 100 squats on the spot. Then 50 in the kitchen while cooking dinner. 50 after I get my son to bed, and the last 50 in the shower when the day is done. Then I'll take 2 ibuprofen.

Anybody with me?

    Took a few days off for the Tough Mudder and recovery.

    But as of yesterday I too am.....

  • I started this on Monday! 05.13.13. I definitely needed some kind of activity, I also started 100 crunches a day and two 30 second planks. (One before all and one after.) I did my 60 squats last night so today is my rest day. Oh Mylanta I'm feeling it too! I started another blog about every day that I continue :) (I also started a 1200 cal/day diet Monday.)
