I don't know. You look great but TheBigYin doesn't seem to fit anymore, and TheLittleYin just doesn't work at all. Such are the problems with getting fit.

Actually, with the greyer hair, and it not tied out of the way I probably look more like the real BigYin than before... all I need to do is dye the Goatee Purple...
I didn't pick up on the reference. You are probably right, and I love Billy Connolly.

    Cheers everyone...

Have to say, I'm not sure I get the Sean Connery reference (flattering as it may be - despite him being something like 82 years old, it's always good to be compared to the real Bond, James Bond...) - unless of course, you're meaning the Sean that was dragged out of the hole in the ground at the start of "The Rock"

I did get another film reference comment which made me laugh though...

Pretty amazing how much flatter the hills get as you lose weight. Hills that I used to struggle up at 13 mph I now fly up at 17~18 in the big ring. :-)

Incredible, good for you! I know what you mean about cycling. I shared it somewhere else, but maybe here wouldn't be so bad either. It was an article in Bicyling Magazine about a month ago entitled "6 Reasons Biking Boosts Weight Loss" And you can read it here: http://tinyurl.com/bg25j73
