ok well i started the program way back in last june and it was going great, i was able to do each day. then i got to W5D3 and i was really intimidated so i kept saying "i'll do it tomorrow, i'll do it tomorrow" until eventually i just chickened out altogether. i haven't run regularly since last july, i've done a few work outs here and there but i haven't ran 3x a week since then. i want to start it again, and i'm mainly posting this so i have some kind of accountability, because i know that if i don't tell anyone then i just won't do it. and i really want to get in good shape, for a number of reasons.

That happens. Great job having the bravery to take the plunge again. You get scared of week 5 again, let me know and I'll do everything in my power to talk you through it - as will everybody else on here. It's a big step, but so rewarding.

Great decision to start over again. Week 5 seems to be scary for everyone. It is a mindgame but this time you can do it. Just tell this voice in your head to stop talking. Good luck with it and let us know how it went.

Thanks guys this weekend is really busy so I'm going to go on Monday because my schedule will have eased up a little bit. I'll post again here with how i'm getting on0
