I hope I'll be able to squeeze a workout in today. My daughter still doesn't feel like napping and I might go out in the evening and won't be back till late... Let's hope and see.

I felt kind of sluggish through Cardio Power today, even though its my favorite (after Cardio Recovery anyway!). I didn't eat much dinner and I didn't sleep well last night, so I'm blaming that. My heart rate was still up and I mostly stayed with it (except those globe jumps they kill me every time) so I'm going to take it. One more day til week two is finish, but I am going to try to rest up tonight and eat well so I can make ti through Pure Cardio AND cardio abs tomorrow.0

My work life has been difficult and distracting this week, but I am hanging on and continuing to do my workouts. It's hard to feel spirited and motivated about it, but I'm determined to keep going.
Physically, things aren't going that badly. I did power and resistance today, and I still need to do pushups on my knees instead of the moving pushups, but I can feel my arms getting stronger!0 -
Cardio Power and Resistance completed, after all!! Yay, I'm so happy! It was a good day for me today. Lots of energy, I'm enthusiasic now! My thighs hurt slightly after those pulsing lunges and squats yesterday but I didn't care. Woohoo!0

Mine was done this morning. I am now dog tired and so glad its Friday. I did go out and get me a BodyBugg just a bit ago. I have used one before but I had given it to a family memeber. So now hopefully I will be able to track my burn a bit more accurately.0

Day 12: Cardio Power & Resistance
Overall, I didn't so as good as I can because I never reached very high for my max heart rate; 90% (178 BPM) was as high as I got, so I'm not too happy about today. Thankfully I can add some more "Cardio Power & Resistance" by way of Mowing Grass, sweet! One of these days, I'm gonna get to start the Daily Thread, one day; a Goal to hit the floor running before all y'all, heh.

Cardio Power and Resistance went quite well today as I sit here typing my arms are shaking because they are so dead tired. I was having trouble picking up my son so I guess that means I pushed myself but damn am I weak in the arms. My calves were burning throught the first interval but I stuck with it. Moving push-ups are still to come for me I am a "knees girl" for now, but I can definitely feel a difference from the last time I did this workout. Great Job everyone keep it up one more day and two weeks are done!0

WOW! Like others I did not think I was going to even get insanity in today. No joke my dog got sprayed by a skunk at 1am last night and my boyfriend woke me up out of a dead sleep to help clean him. We didn't get into bed (not even my regular bed, because he had to walk through that room to get to the bathroom so we would clean him....we slept on an air mattress at the other side of the house!) until 4am...3 very restless hours of sleep later and I had to spend the rest of the day deodorizing the house and giving my dog his second and third washing. ANYWAY I napped this afternoon and am just finishing now, 7:54pm eastern time. Got my HRM...don't even have energy to talk about it. I moved slower than usually, but this girl is proud that she got through it anyway!
I will be going to bed after a late dinner and be nice and rested for pure cardio...and excited to get started on these abs! They need it!
Good job all...sounds like it was a tough day for many, but we all found a way to get through it! awesome!!

Well it's 4 o'clock in the morning and i just got home. No idea how I'll survive pure cardio and abs tomorrow... or today, rather.0

Did a run earlier this afternoon and I will be doing Cardio Power and Resistance soon. I'm a little worried about how today's workout will go because I just feel tired but I'm going to stick with it and do it anyway. So proud of all of us for doing great and sticking with it. I will be so glad and proud after tomorrow's workouts are done because that will be the completion of the first two weeks.0
