Does anyone here use any of the workout system dvds at home? Right now I'm using Ripped in 30 and some Turbo Jam and Yoga Booty Ballet on resty days in my dvd rotation. I'm getting Insanity soon from a friend but does anyone here use them not as they are directed? I can't deal with one trainer for 6 weeks everyday

I switch between Hip Hop Abs with Shawn T and Zumba. I have Insanity too, but I don't feel ready for it yet.

Maybe I'm an odd duck. I like to switch things up. I like to go have a mix of all different sort of exercises in a week, some from systems and some from stand alone workouts, some time on the treadmill. I'm getting Insanity soon and I'm not sure if I'm ready for it or not but I'll try it and see how I do and if I like it. I'll just have to hope my friends's heads don't explode when I tell them that I'm not doing it as directed lol.

Do you like Hip Hop Abs? I have Rockin Body and its just okay. Not as hard as I expected and I am not very fit at all, however I need to avoid the high impact parts, and without them (following Tanya) it is not quite intense enough. I've been eyeing hip hop abs..
