I've got obsessed with my BMF and counting calories so a few weeks ago I stopped it all to just eat healthily. But that's not worked either- I'm still binging
I keep changing my mind between if its more important to eat what I want or to get rid of the flab on my torso. I'm not huge which makes it harder to get motivated because all the reasons like playing with the kids or shopping in normal, size shops don't work for me as I can do that anyway- its just pure vanity.
I'm trying to focus on feeling good by not eating too much and eating healthily but I'm a target person and its just too hard to objectively monitor.

maybe look into trying IF. with IF i have found my 'feedom'. i do a 18/6 fast everyday. it takes a little getting used to, but i absolutely love it. i can lose or maintain....depends on my calorie intake of course. maybe check out the group?0

I ended up looking at a lot kids healthy recipes (I found they generally tasted better in the beginning) and started eating those about a month ago to ween myself on to more healthier things, after a while I found I actually now prefer healthy food a lot of the time. I had a chips and gravy yesterday and to be honest it wasn't that nice. My biggest issue is also snacking so I've started carrying with me monkey nuts and raisins everywhere I go0
