According to my BM on a sedentary day I burn 2400. I must have miscalculated my activity on my spreadsheet as my TDEG was listed as 1610.
FAQ (all tested within last two weeks)
RMR 1742
BF% 31
BMI 26
Nutritionist avised me to eat 1800. Weight is 161.8 no goal weight set not too concerned with scale but is put myself in the 21 lbs to lose range so I'd assume I'd fall into the 500 cal deficit evening though my 1200 calorie refugee within is screaming 1k deficit :-/

So if you have BodyMediaFit and it says your avg non-exercise day is 2400, then on the Simple Setup tab, Activity calculator, remove the exercise for now.
Increase the daily activity hrs of one or both until you see the TDEE under Your Results match 2400.
Now go back and add the exercise minutes you'll be doing.
Now that TDEG will reflect your better estimated TDEE from your BMF device.0
