Identify 3 SMART goals that you would like to achieve! These goals can be related to performance, behavior, or body composition.
S-Specific
M-Measurable
A-Attainable
R-Relevant
T-Time bound

Keeping in mind the SMART method for developing goals:
1) Identify 2 short-term goals (within 30 days) i.e.- I want to lose 5 pounds of body-fat by the end of the nutrition challenge.
2) Identify 1 long-term goal (within 1 year) i.e.- I want to run a 5k in under 20 minutes, I am currently running a 5k in 24:30

    Short term goal: I would like to lose 6 pounds by the time the challenge is over.

    Long term goal: Conquering a double under and then some.

    Short term goals:

    1. I want to lose 10# by the end of the challenge
    2. I want to perform 10 push-ups off my knees


    Long term goal:
    I want to build my stamina & I want to continue eliminating sugar from my diet
