    No change this week. I've had a horrible weekend with being sick with strep and not caring what I eat. I'm back on track today. I stayed home from work since I haven't been on antibiotics for 24 hours yet. Getting some much needed rest to kick butt this week!

    March 25th...starting weight of challenge = 175lbs

    Week 1, April 1st = 175lbs
    Week 2, April 8th = 174lbs -1
    Week 3, April 15th = 172lbs -2
    Week 4, April 22nd = 172lbs (same)
    Week 5, April 29th = 170lbs -2
    Week 6, May 6th = 171lbs +1
    Week 7, May 13th = 173 +2
    Week 8, May 20th = 174 +1

    Tough week, ended up in hospital again and had gall bladder surgery. managed to gain another pound.
    Goal for this week, heal, recover and get back to counting calories and doing my dairy. Even though I cannot exercise, I would like to lose this 4lbs at least and see under 170.

    I'm skipping this weigh-in. I know I have gained in the past week, and I blame myself. I wasn't as strict with myself as I should be while nursing a back injury and working/moving around less. However, I acknowledge my self-indulgence and its level of excess, and I plan to take corrective action and get back to a progressive pattern. Hopefully, once the pain has stopped, I'll be able to start exercising a bit more.

    Sorry that I am so late in checking in with you guys. As you all know by now, my life is very hectic and unreal due to our hurry up to build and move in the next 18 days. I can't keep up with my MFP challenges. lol... As of this morning, I am down another two pounds (YEA!!!) but not close to my goal of 180 yet. It is coming off really slow but on the other hand, I haven't really paid much attention to my weight loss either. I am thankful for every pound lost and will get back to really trying harder once my life calms down and I am in my new home.
