After a long bout of Prednisone and an enormous weight gain, I am back on Medifast since it seems to be the only program that works well for me.

    Welcome back! I am fairly new to the MF program but am, well I can't say 'enjoying' it because I'd rather have a cheeseburger, but I am sticking to it with much resolve. You can do it!

    I love the Medifast program. The first time I was on it, I lost 87 pounds in less than 8 month then the prednisone started again and it has been on heck of a gain. I know the program works and I have confidence in it.
