Day 9 - DONE!
I've been doing three days in a row, then rest day, then repeat. Tomorrow is my scheduled rest day. Then Friday will be day 10...for me. On to level 2 this weekend - kinda nervous about the change...but on the other hand, I'm so ready to do some different moves!

Day 9 DONE yesterday. Day 10 today! Then it's on to Level 2 we'll see how that goes. Not sure if I'm starting over the weekend or on Monday will depend on if hubby is bugging me all weekend or not.0

I'm giving myself a rest day after every fifth day, so I'll do Day 10 tomorrow, rest on Saturday, then start Level 2 on Sunday. So psyched to be almost done with Level 1!0 -

I'm a bit behind. I had to bartend a double shift Friday and Saturday and then just spent Sunday being absolutely beat. I did stay under my calorie goals both day though! So not a total loss.0
