I busted butt Saturday to lose that second pound, it seems that bycycling for over an hour does wonders for me, so I think I'll take a ride tonite. Slept in this morning, didnt get my walk in.
  • Good Morning Everyone! Im back... I had a family emergency and was travelling for the last 5 days. I am happy to be home...

Today I got up and did my P90, Chest and Back plus Ab Ripper X. My work changed my schedule to work 9-6, so I am elated that I can actually get up in the morning and have time to work out and not stress about how I will get it done after work.

I tried to go for a run..when i stepped on my porch I realized it was raining pretty good. D'OH! So today if it is not raining, I will do my 4 laps at work which is 2.5 miles.

I see our group numbers are dropping, but we still have a lot of us here! Keep it up, we are in this together!

Today I did Day 8 on 30 DS level 2 and decided to give Tae Bo a break. My challenge is to drink 8 glasses of water and eat sensibly as I've been having sweet cravings lately. Please stay motivated everyone, DON'T QUIT!! Just remind yourself how proud you will be on the final weigh (28th of June). Persevere if you want the results

Good morning! I have a new sense of motivation thanks to my husband convincing me to buy a TWO-PIECE SWIMSUIT!! I won't say bikini, because it's actually a Mid-kini, but still it's belly-baring and I still have some work to do! So now I"m motivated to work extra hard and not get in any more funks! I want to FEEL like I look as good as my husband says I do in that thing.

SO - this morning I did Day 6, Level 2 of 30 Day Shred. I pushed myself to do the harder version of each excercise and succeeded, although I felt like I was going to die!

Tonight I will run on the treadmill and do 4 miles, and I'll include some incline on the run as well. I'm also committed to eating WAY better than I have been lately, and increase my vegetable intake as well as protein.

Have a great Monday! - Trina

Trina- You married a good guy!
Today for me will include a run- come hell or high water- some strength training and cleaning up my diet! Going dress shopping for my son's grad on saturday- would like it to be a positive experience- no screaming or crying in the dressing room!!

I'm going to get home from work, get dinner cooked and get my butt to the gym by about 7:30pm. Putting in at least an hour of cardio today. No more slacking from me! :)

I'm going to the gym after work to get in some strength training. After dinner I'm going to try and talk the hubby into either a bike ride or a walk w/the dog.

My day is off to a fabulous start; I put in a vegetable garden and a flower garden by hand, no tiller! My back and shoulders sure are tuckered; rest for the rest of today and watch my food intake :)

My challenge today (and probably every day from now on) SQUATS !!
There are tons of benefits doing squats, and I want to enjoy those benefits. So thee plan is to UP the water like crazy, which will = going to pee more. Every time I go to the RR, I will be doing 25 squats! They will definately add up quickly with all the water I will be drinking LOL

Also, will be doing P90x cardio x today :)

Hi guys!!! Everyone is doing so well :)
Today I went swimming again after a two week break from it due to being ill, managed 30 lengths in 30 minutes with perfect breathing....wow!!! I was expecting a struggle and feeling like I am starting over...not that! So I am happy. Also began 30 day crunch challenge this week and will begin the squat challenge next week. Got another challenge month planned for July (same theory as the squat and crunches where the number you do increases daily) but it contains sit ups, crunches, plank and push ups..so got a plan and challenge for the next two months!

I bullied myself out of bed this morning (it was cold & rainy) to do my Couch to 5K workout.
I power walked with a friend at lunch.
I did 30 minutes of strength training with my trainer after work.
Been slacking on my step count the past few days, but got over 15K today.
