After Workout Snack

Hi:) I just wanted to ask what you are usually eating after your workout. I try to eat a banana or an apple,or fruits in general, but I'm starting to get bored...so if you have any ideas, please share^^

I keep a mix of raw cashews, raw sunflower seeds and goji berries on hand all the time...great for a quick, healthy snack or after workout boost; good protein, good fiber, good antioxidants!0

I'm a peanut butter fiend too so raw almond or pecan butter on celery or an apple. Its pretty calorie laden but so worth it if you have room in your day plus good protein and yum!0

I make a recovery beverage from Thrive fitness book....4:1 ratio of carbs:protein is the mostly agreed upon trend and it has been serving me really well0
