Personal MFP Settings

Hi,

I am new to NROL4W and MFP so forgive me if this question has been asked before. I went into my settings and entered the calories for my resting day but don't see an option to enter the calories for my lifting days. Is there a way to do this and if not, how do you ladies track for workout and not workout days through the database.

Many thanks

I suggest you make your default calories your resting day goal and on your lifting days put in cardio-strength training (or make your own mine was NR Stage 1, A, or Stage 1, B), the amount of time you exercise, and the number of calories you need to make up the difference between rest days and lifting days.

Yep, this is what I do. :)
