Personal MFP Settings

Hi,
I am new to NROL4W and MFP so forgive me if this question has been asked before. I went into my settings and entered the calories for my resting day but don't see an option to enter the calories for my lifting days. Is there a way to do this and if not, how do you ladies track for workout and not workout days through the database.
Many thanks

I suggest you make your default calories your resting day goal and on your lifting days put in cardio-strength training (or make your own mine was NR Stage 1, A, or Stage 1, , the amount of time you exercise, and the number of calories you need to make up the difference between rest days and lifting days.0
