    Dealing with shin splints and crazy wind on my runs. Not sure what do about the shins - any suggestions from the runners out there?

    I'm alright. I'm obsessed with ballet and bar workouts. I love the ones that incorporate weights, cardio, kick boxing, and more yogic things with it. The only downside is the bottoms of my feet get tight and sore but I guess there are muscles there too that are working hard like the rest of me.

    I'm jealous of both of you. I can't run... At all. I get way to winded and I hurt, bad! I also don't do anything to awesome like kick boxing workouts. Mine are pretty plain!
    I have been doing terrible keeping track of calories because my work schedule is changing, but I know I'm eating a ton better and burning off more of what I put in.

    I hate running, I don't do it much. Cardio kickboxing is fun, go to youtube and find some workout videos on there and see if you like them.
