I split the challenge in half...did the first half, then just laid there on my mat...then I did the second half. I am only able to do the plank for about 50 seconds. I still have a pulled muscle that does not like planks! My crunches are standing oblique crunches with a four pound medicine ball and I did 110 flutter kicks.
