Outdoor running and indoors cycling - dont venture too far away from home - too cold :)
Have realised I like running in the cold and dark (shock horrors), but dont like cycling in the dark, the streets are full of mad people in cars.........

Mainly at my work gym. Try and get the hardest thing out of the way first, which means workout at 6 till 0730, ready for the work day!

I still cycle outside in the rain, in wet weather gear.
Most of my workouts are in the gym, all year 'round.
Local Snap Fitness in Myaree for me.

I still go to the park at the end of my road for my early morning run (hahahaha run- that was a good joke- more like jog/shuffle). The cold just makes me move faster so I can get home quicker, haha. And I like that it's still dark so no-one can see me! But I have to have everything ready the night before so I can just get up, get dressed and get out the door before I have time to change my mind.

And I also do workouts at home- a combination of cardio dvds/youtube clips/ printouts and some bodyweight strength training.
