I started on MFP in Dec 2016 and lost 9kgs over 12 months. I have gradually put most of it back on. I have decided to become active again on MFP as it was the genuine catalyst for losing the weight in the beginning. I have about 10-15kgs to lose. Anyone on a similar journey? PS I’m in Brisbane
