I’m Jo, mum of 3 grown kids, grandmama of 1 about to be 2, hobby farmer in the Hunter Vally NSW, business owner and 45 yr old woman who has been making 10 years worth of crappy food and lifestyle choices but, is changing and is about to shed 30kgs.
I’ve lost weight before and it was the community here that kept me going. When everyone else said one bite won’t hurt, my MFP friends kept me accountable.

Hi Jo, I started here ‘for real’ last month and need to lose 20kgs that have managed to find me and not let go. I live in Adelaide and am always happy to have friends who log in regularly, cause that is what I need to do
