I am new to this as a recovering 1200oholic. I would say 9 out of 10 MPF friends are on the starvation track so I would really like some more friends who eat like a hungry gal! Also helps when looking at diaries for snack/meal ideas. Have a hard time looking at diaries netting 500 calories or less0

I increased my calories 2 weeks ago and started some basic strength training but at the moment could use some advise about the exercise amounts and net calories etc.
I have currently lost 56lbs in the last 7 months but was finding myself more and more tired etc. I still have a long way to go but am no hurry as long as I can feel an improvement in fitness or body shape. The scale numbers dont really matter (cause lets face it they usually lie anyway !!!!)0 -
