    "Do it for bacon"...

...And i'll do anything for bacon.

I even did those 50 crunches thinking about rewarding myself with a couple of rashers.

“Don’t wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful.” ~Mark Victor Hansen

    Singing is cheaper than therapy!

This is my tagline for my dj/karaoke sideline business. It is also why I started singing karaole in the first place!

It's great to read all of the above posts!
    For Team Dante:
    A.
    “Do—don’t stew.”
“First we inspire them, then we perspire them.”
“Your health account is like your bank account: The more you put in, the more you can take out.”
“It’s not what you do some of the time that counts, it’s what you do all of the time that counts.”

    all courtesy of Jack LaLanne....

A little bonus for you all?
How Many Push Ups Can You Do?

Jack LaLanne could do 1,033 push-ups. In 23 minutes. (that's a little over 44 in one minute...)At the age of 42. Now, how about you? (I say we all give this a try and post our results....)

    Just a Little Swim

Every year, Jack LaLanne went for a little swim on his birthday. For his 70th birthday, he swam a mile and a half through the Long Beach Harbor while towing a flotilla of 70 boats. With his hands and feet shackled, no less. (is that not amazing...?)

    B. Did my 50...

Thanks for the challenge our Don!
Everyone have a blessed memorial day weekend...about to take my kids on a purposeful outing to place flowers at a military memorial.....

I have two quotes that I like to live by and that have helped me in many situations:

-One of the most important keys to Success is having the discipline to do what you know you should do, even when you don't feel like doing it.
    Unknown

-After the game, the king and the pawn go into the same box. (This is an Italian Proverb)

    Plus 50 crunches!!!
