hay--make with the progress pics level 2-ers! before and mids!
also, people must ask this every day on MFP, but how do you load a pic? today was my level 1 day 10. As soon as my husband is around today to take some photos I'll post middle progress pics.

ok--sorry about the previous post, I figured out what to do.
start weight at 142, now at 140, natural waist 33" to 32", belly 36" to 35.5", hips gained half an inch but that OK with me since my shoulders are so wide and everything else is the same!

Yup you can definitely see a difference in your belly and I can see a slight difference in your arms! keep up the great work!!
I couldn't see any difference in mine because I covered up those nasty areas I dont like to see lol but I will def have to take some in shorts and a bra so I can see my differences next time too.

Finished Level 2 today! Weight is still at 140lbs, but went down inches-- natural waist started 33" now 30.75", belly started 36" now 34.75", hips still at 39.5". Everything else is the same or a tiny bit bigger actually--arms started 11 now 11.25, thighs started 23" now are more like 23.25"-23.5".

Final pics!! I"m a little shocked at my day 1. it felt like there wasn't really much difference. I guess I just got used to it!
before stats:
weight: 141
waist: 33"
stomach: 36"
thighs:23" & 23.5"
arms:11"
after stats:
weight: 140
waist: 30.75" (-2.25" loss)
stomach: 34.5" (-1.5" loss)
thighs: 23.5" & 23.5" (more or less the same)
arms: 10.5" (-.5" loss)
the big surprise was my arms. I barely noticed them but figured they'd be getting bigger, not losing!
