30 days straight????
Hi guys do you know if your supposed to do the 30 days straight? I assumed this is the case and havent taken a break and im almost half way through level two. I just read in another topuc that your supposed to rest in between. Please help, im confused amd dont know whether to take a rest day or not??????

Ok, Just going to have 1 topic for Level 1 feedback seeing as everyone is on different days! Day 3 - I woke up and my body was sore as hell so wasn't able to do Day 3 this morning, will attempt it later tonight after work :)
Rest days?
How many of you take rest days while doing 30ds? I completed level 3 day 1 today and I haven't taken a rest day yet so I was curious as to how many people are? When to do you take them (after each level, once a week, randomly...)? I haven't only bc I've done this program in the past and never got to level 2 bc I took a "1…
What's next?
As I begin to approach the end of 30DS I've been thinking about what the next step of my fitness journey will be. I think that once I complete 30DS I am going to alternate No More Trouble Zones with Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. I really enjoy 30 DS, but I want to get more cardio into my workout, while still getting toned.…

additional exercise other than 30 DS?
I was just wondering if any of you are incorporating additional exercise to the 30DS? I burn 400 calories on the elliptical about 4 times a week...
