Hi guys do you know if your supposed to do the 30 days straight? I assumed this is the case and havent taken a break and im almost half way through level two. I just read in another topuc that your supposed to rest in between. Please help, im confused amd dont know whether to take a rest day or not??????

    I am currently doing the shred. I believe it's "supposed" to be done every single day. I however, allow one rest day. And start level three tonight!! Yikes!!!
