Week of May 20th Challenge!

Hi Everyone!

Welcome back to another weekly challenge!! We are continuing with a new challenge so everyone should be able to get on board.

We don't have a leader board!!! This is probably due to my having to post the challenge a little earlier than normal. If you kicked booty last week and want us all to know still go in and post your results! I am going out of town for a few days on business and I couldn't guarantee I'd have time to do this tomorrow morning or later today so leader board will have to wait in favor of getting a challenge posted. Don't worry next Monday we will see plenty of names for sure because I see a couple familiar faces have returned!


Don't forget to report your progress to be included in the leader board either on this board or private message me.

Let's get things moving! Encourage new people to jump on board! We are back full force! Keep it movin'!

350 minutes of cardio or 20 miles on a treadmill, elliptical, crosstrainer, or walking/running with a pedometer.
5 days in the green (staying under in calories)
8 cups of water 5 days
2 servings of fruits and vegetables 5 days

    didn't log Monday...and ended up missing the walk/run due to soreness from previous days workout! but got in ALOT of walking and dancing over the weekend, danced more than I have ever in the past (prolly since I was a kid) at the event and danced some harder dances I haven't been able to do since then either, so well worth the muscle pain in my calves right now! lol. so some NSV's this week with that, and I will need to work on my dance outfit as it is starting to hang off my shoulders - but my belt fit right! =)

    didn't get a chance to try any new recipes, as this week has been extremely busy.

    Am excited to see how everyone did and Hope everyone had a great week and see you all back here for another challenge next week.
