Good way to start

Going to try to stay on track this time . I have lost before on wt watchers but always gain it back. Like the idea of two lb tuesday

    This is perfect for me, I've been tracking my weight every Tuesday, so I'm all for losing 2 pounds by this time next week!!!

    me too! i've done WW before and lost a good 40 lbs. I hate the new PP program and went to MFP instead.

    I'm with you - just cancelled my online membership with WW. Find it much easier to track/find food and exercise with MFP - plus it's free!

    I concur as I was on this site years ago and I know once you get it down it isnt hard to navigate, but right now trying to get reaquainted with everything again. Good for you on your decision if you can save money why not?
