Exercise Ideas?

Hi All, I want to kick this group off on June 1. I am looking for daily exercise goals. My thoughts right now are 3 miles a day, no matter how you want to get them in...bike, walk, run, hike...whatever. I also want to alternate with strength training for three days of the week. And ideas? I am not opposed to the 30 Day Shred, every other day.

    Hi :)
    I do 3-4 miles a day, 2 mile treadmill, then 1-2 mile spin bike depending on how my legs are holding up, i feel like this is a decent goal that can be kept up, i am looking for strength training ideas, i currently do fitness blender workouts 3x a week. There are a number of strength, cardio and HIIT routine videos, if you haven't checked them out yet you should :)

    Hey all. I am going to set the exercises for the first week tomorrow. I am starting the first week with 4 days of 2-3 miles, no matter how you want to get it in. I know that the 30 day shred is on youtube so everyone can access it. That is what I am thinking for 2 days a week of crazy strength training. Cuz that lady is crazy. Just want to make sure everyone is cool with that? And if not...if there is another strength training that would be accessible to all?Getting really excited for this everyone! Can't wait for June1!

    Kimberly, do you have a link to the videos you suggested? I am always up for something new!

    Just google fitnessblender, there are liads of free videos, they also have a youtube chanel, i actualy prefer there videos find the a little more challenging than 30 day shred :)
