Did any of you notice an increase in weight loss while doing C25 K? If so, when did you start seeing a difference?

    I didn't. That is because I focused one a 1 pound loss per week. If I lose anything more than that I increase my food intake.

    I will say it helped to tone my legs up though, so they look super skinny.

    I'm on week four and not a pound!!!!! I'd be interested to see what other people are thinking on this. I am toning up though and getting alot of people noticing the difference that way so i'm taking that as a positive :smile:

    I experienced a really nice, steady weight loss starting in about week two. However, most people notice awesome leg and core muscles first.

    Remember...the goal here is fat loss, not necessarily weight loss. Nijo, if you are toning and people are noticing then you are losing fat, and what you are doing is working. Good Job!

    I went a few months without losing, but I wasn't being strict about tracking my food. Now I'm back on the wagon and losing. However, during the 8 weeks where I didn't lose weight, I did get thinner according to my husband (and my pants are loose). So there was definitely positive improvement, and I've lost at least a pound this week.
