Start Up Stats - WHERE YOU AT!?

Forgive my cheesy subject line, but it won't be the last so get used to it! :)

Ok, so if we want to really see where our drive, determination, and sweat have taken us over the next 90 days we've got to know where we are at right NOW! Over the next couple of days, take the time to post your "Start Up Stats" and I will start a weekly check ins topic to keep us motivated!

Feel free to include whatever measurements that will be important for you to track; below are a few examples but use what is going to matter to YOU to keep you motivated towards reaching your goals. I have a body composition scale so I will be tracking some more specific numbers and it really has been helping me to see exactly how my body is changing.

Start Up Statistics:

Weight: 136.8 lbs
BMI: 24.6
Fat %: 36.9%
Muscle %: 26.7%
Body Age: 38
Waist: 30"
Seat Circle: 39.5"
Thigh: 22"

Target Statistics (I don't have goals for all my measurements, but this is what I am working towards):

Weight: 125 lbs
Fat %: 25%
Body Age: 28
Waist: 28"
Seat Circle: 38"
Thigh: 20"

    Wow I don't even know what half of that means "goldencoley" :laugh: I'm going to keep it simple, I need to lose 20 lbs and get educate on fitness stats terminology...lol!

    these are the measurements I took at the end of Week 1. I measure on Mondays and weigh in on Wednesdays

    Weight: 214.2 lbs On 5/22
    Measurements taken on 5/20
    BMI: 44.7
    Arm: 16 1/2
    Waist: 41.5"
    Chest: 42"
    Hips: 53"
    Thigh: 29"
    Calf: 17"

    End of week 2
    Weight: 212.2 lbs On 5/29
    Measurements taken on 5/27
    BMI: 44.3
    Arm: 15 1/2"
    Waist: 41.5"
    Chest: 42"
    Hips: 51 3/4"
    Thigh: 29"
    Calf: 16 1/2"

    Some area's went down and others didn't. I know that I didn't push hard enough with the crunches and needed heavier weights
