So, I dragged weeks 5 & 6 out a bit due to too much celebrating... But, I will be moving on to workouts 7 & 8 this week and am honestly terrified!! Has anyone else started this set? I will post after I get my workout in, but definitely feeling stronger after a few weeks of 5 & 6!

Okay, so we have a couple more days of phase 1... only one more day of workout 4 and cardio 1 and then we are moving on up!!!! I am so excited to put these workouts behind me, but I am soooo scared to see what is to come!! What are your thoughts!?
So for the kickstart week I actually lost no weight (still 145 lbs) but I lost 2.5" (waist & hips) and my arms look a bit more toned, enough to get a compliment from a stranger at the playground. So week one is done, and now we are movin' on! I know a couple of us are going to repeat the kickstart week for the added cardio but I just wanted to check in on everyone else.
