1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, with liquid
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Chicken Taco Soup
The entire recipe has 63 points...I can usually get 12- 1.5 cup servings for 5 points each. Leftovers freeze great as well!
Found this recipe on a WW thread years ago, and have modified it. It is great plain, over lettuce, or with baked tortilla chips
Layer the following into a crockpot
1 pound boneless chicken breast (fresh or frozen)
1 package reduced sodium taco seasoning
1 cup chopped onion
1 can diced green chilies
1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can vegetarian baked beans
2 cups frozen corn
Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove chicken, shred and stir back into the crockpot. If you desire it thinner like soup, I would not drain the beans (except the vegetarian baked beans), if you desire it thicker like a stew, drain your beans and your tomatoes0 -
I really like the recipes I have found on aimeesadventures.com. You will have to re-calculate the points because she used the old Points system to figure them out. The favorites in our house are the Meatloaf Muffins, Mini-Pot Pies, and Taco Chili.0

4 point Breakfast Wrap:
1 High FIber Tortilla Wrap
2 egg whites
1 slice turkey bacon
1 slice of ham
2 tbsp LF shredded cheese
1 tsp LF maple syrup
Fry ham and turkey bacon in a pan with FF Cooking Spray (I like mine a little crispy), then eggwhites, then place in the center of a wrap, sprinkle with LF shredded cheese and syrup. Fold wrap tucking the ends in envelope style. Spray wrap with cooking spray and place back in pan to fry envelop side down. Flip to brown the wrap on each side.
Sometimes I substitute red hot for the syrup... depending on my mood.0 -
