been slow to log all my exercise on here, but I'm all caught up! Creepin up to the 80 mile mark for the month. Still got one more good run to get in tonight!0

I think I may have to drop out for a couple of months; I need to spend time strengthening my knees (which are increasingly complaining!). I'd appreciate it if anyone has any stretches/exercises/ideas to deal with clicking knees - I think triggered by running and less than rigorous stretching.
I hope to rejoin in July or August

Split squats are good for knees. Also, just walking or using the elliptical trainer might help. You could consider alternating walking / running every other day. I also find heel-walks and toe-walks (about 30 steps of each) prior to a run can help activate your muscles and prepare you for the workout.0 -

How did you feel during your 20-miler on 5/27? If you can do that you can do a marathon; just remember not to start off too fast!0 -
